The mechanism, from the book

The proof exists in Malabe. What is missing is a thousand small versions of it.

Every idea in cluster 15 uses this mechanism.

A first step

Borrow or hire a mapping drone for a day and, with the owner's permission, map one construction site or one plot of land for sale. Process the images into an aerial map with an area or volume measurement, then show it to the site engineer or the seller and to two contractors or land agents nearby, and quote a per-visit price. A second paid job is the proof.

Who pays first
A construction site engineer who needs a progress survey every month, or a land seller who wants buyers to see the plot from above with its area measured.
What leaves today
Survey work is done slowly on foot, and the measurements that would save cost on a site or settle a doubt in a land sale are taken too late or not at all.

The idea and the mechanism are from the book. The first step was written for this site as a suggestion; if you know a better one, say so.

The test

Does it keep value that now leaves the island, or build the proof that lets somebody else do so?

The only test any idea on this site has to pass. The four rules that go with it are here.
